Join us at the Washington Hilton for the 35th Annual Bark Ball with your canine companion. We are excited to celebrate the animals, people, and community that make up the HRA community – which includes you. This year's event will be re-energized version of our annual seated-dinner gala with music, food and beverages (vegan), and even treats for the pups. You can expect a fun atmosphere to join fellow animal lovers in supporting the work of the Humane Rescue Alliance. Our work wouldn’t be possible without generous donors, supportive volunteers, and committed community partners. This will be an evening to celebrate everything that makes our work possible.
This year as part of our program, we will be honoring two individuals who have shown continued support of the annual Bark Ball since it’s inception. The late Honorable Bob Dole and Honorable Elizabeth Dole have been remarkable members of the HRA community, and we want to take this opportunity to honor them for their years of dedication to animal welfare and ensuring that the animals in our community are always taken care of through their generosity.

The Bark Ball is a black-tie gala, however our first goal is to make sure our guests have the best experience. If you'd prefer to wear cocktail/reception-style clothing we're absolutely ok with that. The same goes for your dogs.
