DC Resident Arrested for Cruelty to Animals

Following a Humane Rescue Alliance investigation into animal cruelty, Dominick Bullock was arrested today on a warrant obtained by HRA Humane Law Enforcement officers and charged with cruelty to animals for failing to provide necessary veterinary care and proper food, drink, space, air and shelter for the animals in his custody. HRA Offers $5000 Reward For Information About Abandoned Puppy

The Humane Rescue Alliance is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the identification, arrest and conviction of the person or persons involved in a case of alleged animal cruelty.
