DC Man Arrested for Felony Dog Fighting

Tavone Brown of Washington, DC was arrested Wednesday on a warrant obtained by Humane Rescue Alliance (HRA) Humane Law Enforcement Officers for felony animal fighting. Mr. Brown was taken into custody by the Metropolitan Police Department. James Johnson of Laurel, MD, was arrested today on a warrant obtained by Humane Rescue Alliance (HRA) Humane Law Enforcement Officers for animal cruelty. The Humane Rescue Alliance offered a $5,000 reward for information leading to the identification, arrest, and conviction of a man seen in surveillance video striking a dog, pulling her from under a car, and leaving her in a liquor store parking lot. Jonathon Lamarr Little was arrested on a warrant obtained by Humane Rescue Alliance (HRA) Humane Law Enforcement Officers and charged with animal cruelty.
