Prior to joining HRA, Jill Walling worked at National Geographic and the National Park Foundation to establish new programs for individuals making annual contributions of $1,000 up to five- or six-figures. Through her experience with professional fundraising agencies, she has developed and managed direct marketing fundraising programs (online and direct mail) for a variety of animal and human welfare organizations. As HRA’s Director of Direct Marketing, Jill works with HRA’s Development team to spearhead the direct response program to recruit new and steward existing supporters to bring about increased donor engagement and investment in the organization’s mission. She is the happy servant and Spoiler-in-Chief of the pup she adopted from Lucky Dogs Rescue.
