Private trainer Lisa StemcoskyLisa Stemcosky, owner of Pawlitically Correct, offers private cat and dog training sessions and behavior modification, both in-home and via remote Skype sessions. Lisa is also a Behavior & Training Specialist in the Humane Rescue Alliance’s Training Department, where she works to improve the lives of shelter dogs and cats by educating the community, teaching dog and cat training classes, and working with shelter animals. Lisa has recently been chosen as a Shelter Mentor in the Jackson Galaxy Foundation’s Cat Pawsitive Program. Out of hundreds of applicants, Lisa will be advising other shelters on how to implement feline behavior modification programs in animal shelters. Week day evenings and weekend appointments available by appointment.

  • Member of the Mid-Atlantic Association of Positive Professional Pet Trainers

What to Expect

Prior to your first session you will be sent a history form to complete and submit before we meet.  If we are doing a remote session, you may be asked to submit videos and pictures of the concerning behavior and environment. After your session you will receive a training, behavior modification or environmental modification plan.  It's important that you stick to the plan and recommendations to achieve the desired outcome.
