Purple and Her 11 Puppies are Ready for Adoption

A few days after Christmas, the Humane Rescue Alliance received a transport of a mom and her 11 puppies from our friends at  BARCS Animal Shelter . A Weekend at Home: Foster Community Responds to Call for Help

Due to the extreme cold last week, the heating system at the Humane Rescue Alliance's New York Avenue facility was struggling to keep up.
