DC Mayor Bowser Signs Momma's Law

Yesterday, Mayor Muriel Bowser joined Ward 4 Councilmember Brandon Todd, and Humane Rescue Alliance President and CEO, Lisa LaFontaine, to sign the Extreme Weather Protection for Animals Emergency legislation into law. New Surgical Suite Opens: Maximizing Our Life-Saving Impact

We’re thrilled to announce the opening of our new high-quality, high-volume spay and neuter surgical suite at our Oglethorpe Street, NW location this week.
