HRA Animal Control and Humane Law Enforcement Take in 35 Cats in Possible Hoarding Case

UPDATE: HRA’s Humane Law Enforcement and Animal Control Investigators executed a search warrant on Sunday at an apartment where 35 cats were surrendered last Thursday evening in a possible cat hoarding case. Officers on Thursday suspected there may be more cats at the premises and indeed they found 6 more cats and 2 turtles in varying states of poor health.
