Symba's Weight Loss Journey

Symba came to the Humane Rescue Alliance last week after his previous owner moved to an assisted living facility and wasn't able to bring Symba along. 2017 Brings Second Chance to Emaciated Dog

Late last December, on a cold and snowy night, two Good Samaritans found a 10-month-old American bulldog abandoned in a dog crate in Northeast DC.
