HRA Plays Important Role at Inauguration

Did you know the Humane Rescue Alliance field services team plays an important role on Inauguration Day? Our animal control officers worked closely with the Department of Health’s Animal Services Program to check all documentation, including current health certificates for the more than 200 horses that participated in the inaugural parade.
